Bilz Vend

This is a vending machine software solution originally deployed on the Eboy Tool vending machine that is produced and marketed by LMT. It is now being extended, to include payment collection through Credit Cards, Coins & Currency.

Features include :

• User access control through user name and password or through bar code reader.
• Interactive touch screens for selection of services and / or products the customer is entitled to.
• Interface with vending machine for delivery of services and / or products along with a report of usage, if required.
• Alerts via email and / or interface to ERP for intimation of stocks reaching restocking levels.
• Customizable reports for both the customer and supplier on usage (who, what) frequency of usage, times and levels of restocking etc.

We offer this as a customizable software solution for controlling any kind of vending or payment collecting machine system. The solution can be modified to incorporate biometric (fingerprint) based authorization mechanism or payment mechanisms involving debit / credit cards or currency, providing vast scope for utilization of the application in different contexts.

Eboy
Eboy permits manufacturing units to replace traditional tool vending structures by having automated “error-proof” dispensing. Workers on the shop floor can authenticate themselves and collect required tools directly from the vending machine, leading to improved efficiency and saving in manpower and time.
